Delegates in this aspect of the program have the unique opportunity of experiencing the legislative process from the perspective of a Lobbyist.  While Lobbyists are not allowed to write a bill, they are able to debate on all bills during Committee sessions and are allowed to work extensively for or against a bill in Chamber sessions.

Lobbyists will be broken up into two (2) Firms that represent companies and organizations of conflicting interest.  After being broken up, Lobbyists will prepare research papers that will prepare them to debate on behalf of or against bills.  Firms will be in competition with one another, with a winner decided by Program Staff as a result of having bills passed or failed that benefit their respective clients interest.
